At Vogart Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority! While our items are made to order and crafted with care, we understand that issues can arise. Here's how we ensure a smooth and supportive process:
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind since each item is custom-made just for you. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ve got you covered!
- Report the Issue: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at vogartshop@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
- Quick Assistance: After your issue has been accepted, you would have the option to get a full refund or request a reprint, and you will receive another one without any extra (doesn't count if you ordered a wrong size)
Note: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
We take quality seriously! Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us immediately if:
- Your item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.

Exchange
To maintain fairness and transparency:
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Exchanges are not available as each item is specially made to order.
Refunds – Simple & Stress-Free
Once we receive your email and it gets approved by our POD company, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
- Approved Refunds: Automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund approval, email us at vogartshop@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Refunds
